The culture is very good having high job security. No employee was removed in covid lockdown time even salary also not hold to any one.

There has no salary growth and learning. Current company's work culture is full of with the company politics and seniors are treating their employees as a machine and you are not allowed to take a sudden leave if you have a medical emergency then you have to inform them earlier for the leave
