New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Its a great company ..but not for GET, as they don't make you permanent even after one year of training and the worst part is that....you wont get good increment or even the existing salary.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts lestest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality product's and has a global client base as a result, I get to traval abroad especially to the US and Canada but on site traval is completely department on your project and clients location mine is a US based clients and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration I also like the employees rehire policy here.
