    ...e. Bosses call you after and before work hours as well and on off-days as well. No overtime pay even when you work overtime every other day. Appraisal was done in a very biased way. KPIs were not designed properly and scores were very skewed.

    ..., moreover the work piles up as your designation (For the namesake) increases. 1) The company gives less than average hike for deserving candidates and pays higher salary for lateral Joinees. 2) Only old established people who are mid aged/old aged with more than 15 years in same firm are working at same position and their leadership style is such that they think they are the part owner of the TATA GROUP. 3) Lots of internal politics and only bootlickers Or supervisor's favourite people are promoted, that too with growth of 3-5% on promotion. 4) Company mostly runs on the good will of the TATA GROUP with majority of policyholder having faith in the name of TATA. 5) Extremely slow growth with terrible workload in claims team. 6) Sick aged people working in the same department/role for last 15+ years dictates how things will work as per their wish and command. 7) Please join if salary offered is more than your expectation, otherwise you will trapped in vicious cycle of Politics/ peanut hikes / depressing workload.

    ...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good but little bit of changes are required, appraisals are fair and they give almost good salary hike and bonus every year.

    Politics in work environment, commitment related to salary and appraisals not met by management, recent introduced practices ruining work culture people due for promotions have to undergo interview with other Department heads and prove their merit..post working for due course. Typical indian corporate culture.
