...e. Bosses call you after and before work hours as well and on off-days as well. No overtime pay even when you work overtime every other day. Appraisal was done in a very biased way. KPIs were not designed properly and scores were very skewed.

..., moreover the work piles up as your designation (For the namesake) increases. 1) The company gives less than average hike for deserving candidates and pays higher salary for lateral Joinees. 2) Only old established people who are mid aged/old aged with more than 15 years in same firm are working at same position and their leadership style is such that they think they are the part owner of the TATA GROUP. 3) Lots of internal politics and only bootlickers Or supervisor's favourite people are promoted, that too with growth of 3-5% on promotion. 4) Company mostly runs on the good will of the TATA GROUP with majority of policyholder having faith in the name of TATA. 5) Extremely slow growth with terrible workload in claims team. 6) Sick aged people working in the same department/role for last 15+ years dictates how things will work as per their wish and command. 7) Please join if salary offered is more than your expectation, otherwise you will trapped in vicious cycle of Politics/ peanut hikes / depressing workload.

Tata AIG is employee friendly company and gives time to learn and build our career. It has a brand and Claim settlement is good where most of the customers and channel partners prefer to take Tata Aig policy

There is no proper salary hikes for the employees working in the organization since very long. The work which we do is not worth for the salary we are getting. Appraisals are not given as per hardwork and business numbers. Also very often we get IT issues or pan india portal locks due to any one persons mistake where all as to suffer

salary doesn't get hike even after 2year of working. managers need to balance balance their concentration on work and employees salaried

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
