Bonus and incentive qualifying parameters ,Targets are very high and only some people can earn it. It's about high rankers only not for All. No birthday celebration and other activity happening here for you.

Tata AIG is employee friendly company and gives time to learn and build our career. It has a brand and Claim settlement is good where most of the customers and channel partners prefer to take Tata Aig policy

There is no proper salary hikes for the employees working in the organization since very long. The work which we do is not worth for the salary we are getting. Appraisals are not given as per hardwork and business numbers. Also very often we get IT issues or pan india portal locks due to any one persons mistake where all as to suffer
