Join at your own risk Training department is not safe here Sales people have their monopoly They would buzz you in the group even at 4am They would call you to branches on Saturdays and Sundays….sometimes in public holidays too. Corporate level politics specifically at upper level….sales management decides which trainer they need…..rest all will be transferred to other far off locations and then harassed to travel to far off locations…. Be it male or be it female…..training department seniors have created lobbies with sales people to safeguard their jobs.

My CM Karan Bagga was not good , due to him I'm terminated from the organisation in the case of compliance audit ,,all whole sole is responsible for that. All sign documents was check under the supervision of Senior manager. My 4 year career is zero. I'm in the condition to suicide but thanks to my previous TSM Karan Singh who support me in my tuff situation. I would appreciate if this type of suffocating thing will not happen and make sure like My CM should not be working.

Dislikes

Salary increment is big issue with the company 2nd local fuel Expense are very complicated 3rd incentive structure are not employee friendly... and management have no time to consider all this things. Upper management are getting their salary revised as they find opportunity,but they are not bother about the middle and lower levels F L S.
