The worst management. They are only thinking for themselves. The are not taking care of there worker. After doing job here , no campany wil take you in Hyderabad because of HR issues. Coming here to work is like doing sucide. The incremental is very very low . They are giving one 800rs early increment. They will call you to work even on special occasions like puja and your family function. Don't ever come to do work here.

1- Seniors behaviour 2- HR never responded. 3- Poor salary structure. 4- 90 days notice period. Not negotiable 5- Poor documentation 6- managers don't know, how to deal with juniors. 7- Gender discrimination. 8- Poor work culture 9- Poor increment. 10- Poor promotions. 11- All HR policies against employee. 12- zero quality on product

Nothing to say. Salary hike percentage should be revised. the hike percentage cannot be same across all levels. the Junior category and middle management should be given equal opportunity to revise their compensation like senior menagement

Many changes comes recent year's. Overall company is good for only Top management. Job security for all is good.

Dislikes

Policies changes frequently. less salary than expected. This is not like other TATA companies. This is not aerospace but like automobile company.
