An organisation surely not to work with. It will lead to de-learning. If the fundamentals of an organisation is based on Unethicality then it's surely not a place to work with, and Tastel is one such organisation.

Dislikes

Management's unethical and exploitative approrach towards staff, vendors and service provider/s. There is no consistency of vision and approach. Flawed thought process, extreme interference of "family". It is pulled in four difference direction by MD, his wife and two sons. All working in contrasting style, without co-ordination and at mostly contradicting each other. This leads to blind situation for staff and it is used a mean to ensure one is always off balance and deduction in pay-check, withholding of bonuses / variable pay and non settlement of dues.
