Company salary and expenses are always on time there is a lot of gift provided by company which helps to convert the doctors Company culture is very good they respect the all there employees.

Dislikes

Salary and expenses are less than compare to other companies and organisations.

Huge pressure of sales, any time any moment they will hold your salary and blocked your Reporting ID. No one is responsible for their job and responsibilities. I send more then 50 emails but not a single reply from HR or Management team or from seniors. No future no job security it's my opinion else you check yourself and then take any decision.

No job security no future growth, any time your salary will be hold and no one is going to take responsibility for replying your mail like HR, Management Team or any seniors, They have only one responsibility that was to save their job only..

All my teammates are good, training dept.is good,job security is also there if you perform and career growth is also,travel, appraisal policy is good working life balance is good.

Dislikes

Training program is need more agression, salary is not satisfactory,there is some politics, need more innovation

I always prefer sales or field job for growth. I was willing to deal with good customers. As per my requirement i deal with doctors. That's only best part of tasmed

Actually we don't get promoted after a long time because of our consistent sales. They want me to do, what i am dealing with only
