Management politics no ethics on camera every doing such bad activities the way of talk with agents behaved like a labour class if any one is saying yes to the senior in any situation then he is the best if in case if he say no then they target and management start targeting that person without any such reasons.

Upper management should examine operation managers. Some of the managers are behaving like Gunda, especially Aayushi Sharma. She has a big ego problem and everyone is aware that she behaves like she owns the company and gives threats to coworkers Just to satisfy her ego. I don't why she is even in the company. My coworker just asked her about Work from home implementation and she said we'll send you home permanently. I request Sapna Bambani to take leadership feedback. Also, people are corrupt in referral policies.

They don't increase the salary as well they are not providing the salary as per the experience. They treat all equally .freshers and experienced one is same for those.

I am not able to understand the policy of this company each and everyone of the Ops leaders are telling me a different thing. I am a slight concerned about my company's managers Sharique and Deepak how the hak they handle there SMO, everytime I am able to see her she would be concern about agents who are not on their chair even though it's there break such a pain.
