TaskUs India Culture is nice however, there are many things which management fails to work on and due to that we are bit dissatisfied with the work life balance and the compensation. The major dissatisfier is the problem related the compensation which is very less compared to the people earning in the same position.

They don't increase the salary as well they are not providing the salary as per the experience. They treat all equally .freshers and experienced one is same for those.

... even if you have to make a fool out of the merchant we are supposed to support. Targets are really high as per the process and they want us to do everything in a salary which I can count on my fingers.

I am not able to understand the policy of this company each and everyone of the Ops leaders are telling me a different thing. I am a slight concerned about my company's managers Sharique and Deepak how the hak they handle there SMO, everytime I am able to see her she would be concern about agents who are not on their chair even though it's there break such a pain.
