The management of the organisation runs smoothly. As an employee you will not have to run after things un necessarily.

Dislikes

Your efforts will not be appreciated during the time of increments. There is group politics also.Those employees who have the authority to go directly to the boss cabin can get you in trouble.

Working environment and the inside company culture is another level, the company treat there staff as their own friend's, I am blessed to get the opportunity to work with such an organization.
