...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I observed all employee are equal and at workflow also to good.As well as manager helping nature. company wise i feel too good and i felt job security below average.

Compensation is decent,But growth is slow.The work pressure is not munch only it is in month end. Remaining days no pressure.

Salary, Promotions Leaders will play behind the back and even if you clear internal round, if the leader gives any wrong feedback, your opportunity is gone. Also some dont allow you to apply also. Also Target doesnt pay as per market standards. No Market Correction at all.
