The company open to 1924 it's passed around eighty years ,it's different types of mechanical equipment used the project the separate department of automobile like cars trucks b-check , clutch and gear changes it good thing of working experience

1.Organizational structure is very good & working environment very healthy of safety department. 2.Any positional stage can improve the skill/knowledge about construction,process safety, maintenance & Transportation job. 3.There is only general shift job for safety professional ie 8 hrs working,no shift wise job. 4. Time to Time conduct safety/standard training programme through TATA STEEL. 5.Weekly,Monthly report document reporting to MIS(Management information system). 6.Helps to improve decision making skills.

Dislikes

1.Salary amount is not good as per Qualification/work experience/job skill strength. 2.positional growth is slow. 3.Salary increment is very less

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I was a part of a team that market reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural back ground,and we work happily in collaboration.I like the company.
