Work environment is good . Management is transparant.Top management is very very supporting.

Dislike point as below 1). Salary is not on time (After 25th of every month) 2.In low level management there is no co-ordination .Everyone is pull another leg . Engineer are controlling by a non technical staff. 3).There is no bonus in company .

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
