Salary not paid regularly, 4-5 month salary balance to pay of each employee

Growth is very slow. Work pressure is high without salary, sometimes I have to work 12-14 hrs straight in a day as I attend client calls in the evening and late night. Seniors do not value an individuals, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes. Even if salary not paid of 4 to 6 months.

Worst work life balance and not providing single employee policy. not providing salary on time. Directors continuously interfere the accounts and technical department. he is not focus on main operation. so many legal litigation on company. even it pass through Insolvency in Nov 23

...t 20 Yr still working on same. Company nearly at insolvency stage. No fund flow. No salary on time. No respect for employee. Boss says you can leave without salary if asked for salary. Employees feel like a jail In the company waiting for salary and low loss at the time of leaving the company

No Any work regulation Just only wrong Attitude. No salary in time . complete negative behavior with all employee. Fully and finally worst company .nobody future in company . bank corrupts .lots of issue with all government department .maximum all department issue in court meter . only widraw payment as submit false Document & promise after payment no following work task as per payment widraw.

Nothing, no further, no room fasality, no food only works no salary on-time. 4 - 5 months Work after 1 month salary. G.M is not good, he is very liar. No manegmant, no system, no car fasality site to room.
