Worst work life balance and not providing single employee policy. not providing salary on time. Directors continuously interfere the accounts and technical department. he is not focus on main operation. so many legal litigation on company. even it pass through Insolvency in Nov 23

Work management zero, Director whole day sitting in accounts department. Growth zero. All tenders received in past 20 Yr still working on same. Company nearly at insolvency stage. No fund flow. No salary on time. No respect for employee. Boss says you can leave without salary if asked for salary. Employees feel like a jail In the company waiting for salary and low loss at the time of leaving the company...Read More
