Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics in department, salary is good but not on time.

The company delays employees salary by 3 months. Total team is demotivated due to delay in salaries. If someone reaigns the organization they cant expect full and final settlement of their dues as nobody received their full & final settlement from last one year. The company owner uses employees salary to do the business. The vendors condition is also poor as they do not receive payments. The owners do not pickup phone calls to answer. They block the person's number if someone asks for payment. The company do not deposit employer contribution in Provident fund of employees. The income tax deducted is paid one day before the last date of IT Return. Really disappointed.

Salary issues. They dont give full salary. In my one year career ith them 4 month salary is due with them. and till date not recived it. They deduct your PF from gross salary but they dont open your PF account. They cut bones amount from your salary every month. but no bones at time of diwali.
