Nothing to like, Very Bad Management & their behavior is also not good with Employees, so I suggest no one will be join Tanushree Logistics

1. Vice Presidents Behavior is very bad with Employees they used abusive language. 2 .Not Safe Place for Girls Employees. 3. This is lala type Company 4. No KRA of Employees fixed every month they changed the work and department. 5. Company charging 25000 RS in Cash from Drivers for giving job to them the all Money shared by Management. 6. No Professional work here so culture of Company very bad. 7. Vice Presidents Wants to Spend time with Girls Employees during the day they searching the way to sit with Girls Employees in their cabins

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
