Disgusting HR department: Even after qualifying for the job for Talent Acquisition specialist and having sales hiring experience, they reject me because I’m a Male candidate and all they want to select is a female candidate at the end of the day then why waste all male candidates time, just to show top management we are not discriminating. This is what HR team is practicing in their own. Strictly avoid this company !

If you join this company, it's safe to say that you need to forget everything about your personal life. Arghhh! Where to start and which department I need to pick first.? HR Team is least supportive. They don't support employees. They don't respond to our needs. Not a single rule in the book will be in the favour of employee. Coming to work culture -- No Hybrid, No work from home, Regular 5 day work week with no flexibility of timings. In case if you're wondering for the consequences, payroll deductions. Congrats & Welcome. Management -- Set some unrealistic deadlines and unachievable targets which are not even in the sight of line to pull of., which results in no work-life balance. No phones allowed inside office premises. No matter how urgent it is for you. Best of luck with that. The whole system is one-way. AUTOCRACY. Zero F's given to employee satisfaction and job security. Thank heavens if you're continuing the next day, because god knows your last working day. And good thing here is you'll have 24 Earned leaves/year(6/quarter) where you can't utilise a single one of them. Yes, you heard it right, you'll be having the number in HR portal, where you've to take UPSC exam before availing them. Office politics are worst than UP state politics. I would suggest to think again. before joining/taking a decision to join here. Thankyou.

Nothing perticular as company only think about making money and they don't care about lower level employe

Don't give hike to employees on time. No work life balance. No one thinks about lower level employe. Job security is 0%, if you make any mistake think its your last day in the company batter pack your bag if you had made any mistake.

Right from environment to the hierarchy of workers. So many useless restrictions on name of boss, they give scant regard to employees pov. No proper planning, no teams nothing. If you are experienced and they hired you it means there is a hell lot of pressure on you coz they expect you to do magic every day. No wfh but they expect you to work from home for home. No transportation, no bags, no phone, no breaks.

No job security and HR will change the policies over night and there will not be any communication . hR e-bike lady is rude to employees . No Job security anytime you will be asked to leave with no reason
