...turn, even on Dhanteras, which is a big day and celebration for a jewelery shop. To persuade, here you don't even get a bonus. Apart from work, you won't be able to do any household work by working here because you don't have time to do anything else.

A different kind of working experience yu get when it comes to Tanishq other than conventional jewellery houses. Yu get lots of areas to improve as a staff, gains more knowledge about all the other skills which yu dnt get to do in other jewellery houses. Incentives from Titan is lucrative other than yur salaries.

Work culture, issues with leaves, salary structure, timely disbursement of incentives, promotions & timely appraisal these things totally depends on d franchise management, these are the key areas whether yu want to work here for a long time or it's tough for yu to work as management could make it hard for yu to leave sooner. Cause these happens for many as various stakes r depends on franchise when it comes to Tanishq.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.The company provide full security to all employees.

... environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive. Management is okay good. Company policies are very good and COVID - 19 safety also good , but management salary is not satisfied.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low. But, experience was very good. I like it experience.

If work in company btq it's a very good company. But in franchisee things are different.

... Saturday & Sunday. If we take a leave on that day in a year reason is whatever. They deducted double amount in your salary.
