Iwill no longer work in Tanishq franchise store in my life, not will I be suggesting anyone, I felt very bad.

When he feels like in the franchise store, he gets fired from the job and pays very less and gets overtime work, the most in which Tanishq Patna 3

Company always cares to employees specially in Covid period and had a great support by enrolled medical insurance so that was a very helpful.Company also done very good disbursement of Monthly incentive through Buzz company directly getting points of achievement by every retail Tanishq’s employee’s id via Grassroot system.

Dislikes

Main thing Titan company should involve in the management of Franchise’s payroll system like slabs of Salary and yearly appraisals of Retail staff so it would be better to have a satisfactory for employees who are not direct employed to Titan company but mostly 80% to 90% are working in franchise store named Tanishq and Mia stores so every one can get their proper and sufficient salary in this inflation time era as like Company’s direct stores’ payroll.
