company culture is full of subdued racism. Job security is very less for senior profiles. Spineless and clueless management and very weak HR Dont join if you want to grow every 3 years at least....Promotiins are very hard to come.

Job security and brand as Tanfeeth is fully owned by Emirates NBD group, one of the biggest banks in UAE.

Dislikes

Tanfeeth is a low cost arm (like a captive BPO) of Emirates NBD group. So pay is less and volume of repetitive processing work is more. Not much learning/career growth and very hard to get opportunities to move across to the Bank unless you have contacts.

1- Company culture is toxic. 2- Leadership team pretends to care about people, while they do not. 3- HR has neither values nor independence. 4- Salaries and benefits are way below the market, 5- Indian Mafia controlling the middle layer of the organization. 6- No career path. 7- No job security. 8- work life balance is not from their priorities.
