Bad management, nepotism and favouritism in all areas be it promotion, giving extra privilege and facilities at work. People at higher level are also found involved in unethical practices while dealing with vendors. Any body should join here at his own risk. It is better if you some known person at higher level or you should be local else survival is difficult.

The Top management comprises team members chosen from Best Educational Institutions with good experience in functional and Admin skills. The freshers who have joined now are yet to shine and make a mark, though appear to be promising in future.

Dislikes

People when they join at Lateral level fail to bring in the required skills. The home grown team is cohesive and alienate them which is normal in any organisation. Performers keep the show running in an excellent manner, rumor mongers try to spoil the party. Otherwise it is going to be a long haul since Environmental issues are a big moat and new ventures may not happen in a hurry.

The company is giving opportunities for all innovation and adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of the team. It is a great place to gain such knowledge,It will be nice if they recruit the person from the apprentice who works best of their knowledge

Main is located at far from Trichy. Isolated. Very hot. Distance from factory to quarter s is far.
