Hell work condition always target.Community based bank so they prefer their people over others . ...completely scam for new joining employees don't join here. 1)They are showing 6.2lpa CTC and giving only 30k/month salary. 2)You won't get increment till you become confirmed clerk. 3)you will not become confirmed clerk untill you clear JAIIB. And you won't get time for study so they are keeping everyone in probationary period only. 4) you have to stay in bank till 9:30 pm and you won't get over time allowance. 5) alternative Saturday is holiday but you have to go for marketing. 6)They will give you performance based incentive. But if you are leaving bank you have to pay back that amount along with 3 months salary. 7) no enough staffs ..each and every work you have to do. 8)My kind advice for everyone please don't join this bank.
