I have learned many things in this organisation and colleagues are really good and made me feel like home

Dislikes

Past two years not more appraisal and no more increment. Working hours are increased form 8 to 10 hours but no more increase in salary

Overall upto finalisation of accounts done by me all the audit attended for a longtime but after dissatisfied working myself left the service because too much period worked at head office without job confirmed i.e 1997 to 2011

Dislikes

Co-workers when iam appreciated by cmd and GM others were trying to pull back.

Likes

It was a great opportunity to work in TNPHCL, coz the higher officials were a good mentors for me. They made me to learn the site work according to twad board rules and guidelines. Because of no job security I had to leave the job.

Dislikes

No job security, if there is no project to work on , then the non permanent staffs will be filtered or stopped.
