I am the Head of the Department and I am given ample of free space to execute my innovative thoughts . Engaged with full automation and hence better service to students community. Career growth based on performance at work. Good organisational climate and culture. It gives me immense satisfaction since this university caters higher education to the poor and economically backward students and to those in remote villages, wherein I am a part of it.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
