Very very third class management Worst increment ever in my 8 years of career. Every year they are giving lolipop that they will give increment net year. Seniors get increment from junior’s hard work for every year and junior doesn’t get anything. They are giving 100,200,300,400 rupees for the name of increment. Talking about the work so, work is never matched with the role. They are giving many works which is against of your role. Suppose, In future if you want to switch then you will not have single word to say… because your work is opposite of your role. I suggest that please don’t apply in this company, there are other company to apply go there first. Apply there again and again for different suitable roles but, don’t apply here or else it will be worst decision of your life.

I loved working in TAM Media Research Pvt ltd,got to learn lot many assignments. Good corporate culture. Special thanks to CFO Anshu sir for always supporting and motivating . Would like to thank my colleagues Ganesh and Neha ,Mumbai and Baroda finance team grateful to have worked with them. Would like to work in future with TAM MEDIA RESEARCH PVT LTD.

Not proper management in this company. Because all managers are torturing the employees and there behaviours are not good. all managers specially vadodara office branch's management is so poor.

Very restrictive nature, Team mates are rude and huge communication gap between the team. Future growth is terrible because of the huge team.
