...and or senior help us. The company are Very good and her policies are also good. They give salary on time and every year they give bonus also. They teach me every moment of my life, how to talk and how to walk.

Great mgmt and leadership teams. Great place to work. Company provides good salary, facilities and perks

Mid level Leadership is horrible. Just the mediators b/w mgmt and engineers. They have no other responsibilities, just follow-up on work status and share with mgmt. Lot of favorism and bucketing works

The company culture, openness and its caring attitude about employees. There’s no office politics and good employees are rewarded.

Dislikes

The learning of cutting edge technologies is not so good. Salary can be but more - it is good but not the nest in the market. Work Life balance can be improved.

Company salary increment police are very very bad i am working in last 5 year but no increment in salary.

Really love the work environment and colleagues, they are some of the best ones you can wish for.

Dislikes

The place is a rabbithole and your career choices will be very limited once here. Add to that, the compensation is really low for the kind of people they recruit. Yes, benefits are good but doesn't make up for poor compensation.
