Pros - flexibility is top notch here. Someone can take as many leaves as they want. No micromanagement. I got a good hike within a span of few months.

Dislikes

Cons - at some point wfh will mentally drain you. Also, the growth here is stagnant. The graph grows up a little in the initial months, however it shows a straight line

You'll get to work in a fast paced environment, and see how processes work.

Dislikes

Overloaded with work, no work life balance. There is no leave policy but if you take a leave your work will pile up crazy, so can't really take leave. Just a trick to fool employees. You'll be insulted and bashed if you don't follow the exact process, there will be personal attack on your personality. If you can deal with it, you can survive here!

Sometimes it feels it’s a scam —- no one is getting any commission as checked with other candidates—- no one is earning on commission basis from talentxo

No commission, really want to know if anyone is earning any commission or it is a time waste or fraud ,?

Company's condition is not good, very late salaries(delay can exceed upto 1-2 month), Micromanagement, work pressure (you're supposed to do 2 people's job). Founder of the company is very rude, he shouts over almost everything. There are no pros, only cons from what I have seen here.
