I urge you to verify these claims by connecting with other affected individual on LinkedIn This company practices are highly unprofessional and exploitative and it is crucial to take action to protect our students and others. mass hiring : talentserve hires 300-400 student at a time and communicate primarily through whats-app , lacking professional communication platform which is a significant red flag. dismissal : When i questioned these practices, i was promptly removed from the group without any compensation. CSR activities. : we were required to engage in CSR activities which involved either donating our own money or raising funds from others . additionally we were instructed to post daily on linked-in tagging talent-serve to boost their visibility and followers count. Joining process: the interview process was minimal consisting only of an MCQ test Successful candidate received the offer letter outlining their role and a promised salary of 7 LPA to be paid after a six month service period during which no compensation was provided

Students please don't do an internship there, it's a total waste of your time. You never learn anything, it's a fraud then told you big things and a good package of 11 lack and a good stipend, but does not give you a single rupee of the amount of your work. They chase money from you in the name of CSR activity. So I suggest you please don't do any type of internship there.

It was a great experience working at the talent so it is a fabulous company for the freshers and you can get easily inter in this company

They do not provide you the exact ask of that role and even does not provide you the salary which should get an even the delay your salary everytime

To say it in single line, it is a scam. Don't fall into the trap. After looking at all these comments if you join again you will be regretted

...ha worah, Rahul Nagre. Both are habituated to loot other people work and effort. And they will terminate you exactly before the salary date. Even you perform or not nothing matters. Their work is to scam.
