...igh, Sometimes I have to work 14 - 18 hrs a day and there is no comp off for it. Also there is no mid-year appraisal system here and even after a year you can not expect good salary hike or position. There is no soft skill training or they are not allowing you to learn any new software even if you are idle. They will give raw SB and asking you to do the draft development.

There is nothing here to like. Completely a narrow box-minded people. ID work is complete Ctrl C Ctrl V. Even a DTP job is better than this, and you will get more money also. Female biased management... Some times they behave like school teachers. Precisely a peculiar management who knows nothing! Finally, a great org for nothing good.... Don't spoil your career!

No hike No job security No insurance No transportation No coffee/tea No training No career growth... You will become a mad cow if you stay here for just 6 moths.

Good Career growth with lot of learning opportunities. Nice work culture with job security. Allowed to continue working from home during Covid-19 pandemic.

No major issue in terms of working. In campus facilities like cafeteria, Gymnasium, free food and transport facilities to employees should be provided.

Likes

I would not recommend anyone joining this company as long as you really need a job and no other offers in hand. Work is unplanned and overnight work is a regular. Infrastructure is really basic. Only saving grace is that CEO of Parent company is very competent.

Dislikes

Terrable mid and higer level management, no SOP or HR policies. No wage hikes for years and very grim future. Job security is a major concern.

Likes

Working at Purple Frame technology has been quite satisfactory to me. As a Team Lead I was offered variety of projects, few of them quite challenging. But finally it was great opportunity to learn and enhance skill of me and the team. Management is quite supportive which makes my job easy. I never found managing work-life balance difficult here.

Dislikes

Well, I hardly found any negative of Purple frame technologies. But I feel the appraisal could have been better. That's the only point I have.
