Only thing good here is you can have a good practice and hold in Aptitude or whatever skill you have chosen

There are many cons of working here. One of the biggest con is salary, they don't pay you on time. I was working during lockdown and didn't even got paid till now (it's been nearly two years). I have 4 months salary which is pending and amounts to 1Lakh, they first said will pay only half due to covid I even agreed for that and for my surprise they didn't even pay half of the salary. The management here is very very bad. Nobody responds to the calls. Mr. Arvind Kumar one of the founders does not even reply to emails, texts I do about my pending salary. I called nearly 500 times no one bothers to answer. I request anyone who is joining please don't join this company take 6 more months and work on your skills but don't join. I have faced many issues here starting from body shaming to salary issue.

Evry thing was perfect. Colleagues were very supportive. Well managed unerstanding and supportive boss. Encourages every ideas. No discriminations.

Work pressure. Other than this every thing is absolutely perfct.

It's the company where you get to travel a lot. Definitely not for the one who doesn't love travelling..the work environment and the culture is very homely.. You get a lot of respect

The only thing is work life balance.. one has to giveup and sacrifice many of the personal events

I am glad to work in Talentio Solutions...I love this company because it is a great platform to open up our skills and educate ourself and we can get a huge respect from each and every one in the society because we are educating the people and everything is done with a quality
