Good work environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and management is transparent, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. If you are in sales you can earn 5 Times of your salary as an incentive on the monthly basis.

...eniors. They call us even after Office hours and told to work. No extra benefit. Salary hold all the time if target not achieved also threatened by seniors to get fired if target not achieved. No OJT. Direct send it to floor. Before joining they Saturday And Sunday will be holiday but still they forced to work on Saturday.

Everything are to be disliked. Nothing good in that company.

Salary has been on time Salary is low but other facilities are good. General Manager Mr.Sameer Rupani Sir is Very Supporting.

Bad Experience in Logistics/DeptDept no any Process and Very Risky to work in this Dept.Reporting Manager treatment is very bad and he had Lack of Dept Knowledge.He is Responsible for the Organisation Logistic department to make worst Conditions.

...fix time for job , we had work till 9pm sometimes to get the target work done .. second problem is , even after a increment , after 4 month no one got increment salary , HR will say it's in progress, but no progress actually .
