I only like in TalentBurst that you are nobody to management and if you think even against management than it will be your last day and EGOISTIC EKTA thinks she know everything and she knows the reality that she is just a waste.

Dislikes

Everything from 0 to 10. They don't even deserve to be a staffing company. Clients are gone. They are just surviving on few senior healthcare recruiters. Buddy left the company asap as this company is blacklisted in several brands.

Worst company to work with. Never-ever join Talentburst. They don’t value you, always disrespect you. Worst management. Very bad work culture.

Dislikes

Everything. Worst work culture, worst management, no respect and value of your work, they don’t even give 1 day of leave, pay-cut for every small thing. Ekta Mediratta and Sonika Sardana worst manager to work with.

I directly worked with CFO and VP of organisation. Culture is really good. Best part is you can connect with VP, Ekta or CFO for any of the issues. They are always welcoming and open to all suggestions or resolutions.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. The best part is co-operative and supporting nature of my boss (Ekta Mam).. I can proudly say best company to work.

Good and Transperent environment. All the Managers and Leaders are supportive. Working as a TL i feel am getting opportunities to make it big from the beginning. Huge supprt from the HR leader and a exceptional clarity on the policies and work culture and process. The hr, IT and admin reps are always helpful..Recommended to join the circle.

I have always felt great post joining the place and same is what my team feels. There's nothing i feel we would like to change or dislike about the leaders/managers we work with.
