Work culture is good. Good team work but the 1st level management is not good. They try to find loop holes in the work flow and exploit employees.

Dislikes

The pay scale is not good compared to the pressure and the amount of work you do.

Likes

Good for a fresher to learn a lot related to Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Clients are basically MNCs and here majorly you have to work for Lateral Hiring, Leadership hiring and Niche Hiring. This recruitment firm is far better than many toxic recruitment firms.

Dislikes

Micro management can happen but not a major concern.

As a fulltime recruiter this is was my first job and was very scared that will I be able to cope up with the work and culture as from last few years I was associated with schools and both institutions have very different culture, timings etc. etc. plus I am new mom so going through a very different phase of life. But I am really thankful to the team and TalentAhead for giving me this opportunity and beleiving in me. They gave me chance to learn about this industry in more deep and excel in my career and know I can proudly say that I am a Recruiter. Special thanks to Preeti ma'am who holded me in all ups and downs and she believed in me that I can do it. She trained me so well that today I don't feel that I am new in this industry. She is a very good leader and supports in all manner she can. The whole team is very helpful although I am doing WFH still we all are connected so well. Our work is praised by seniors, they give chance to every employee to show case there efficiency. A great platform to work and learn. :) :)

A simple work and be rewarded culture Stable long time professional player as compared to many consultancies Good work life balance They Keep it simple do not waste time on unnecessary meetings and processes

No settling down support to employees as there are no induction or introduction processes Lack of transparency in client management

What can i say about a company where the MD keeps roaming all over the office and peeps into everyone's system to check what they are doing. Its like a school.

Dislikes

Politics, lack of product knowledge, work like a horse as told to you, suggestions not accepted, the md pokes in between inspite of not having knowledge about your domain, he is skilled in IT not other domains
