The learning is good but it comes at the expense of peace of mind and deteriorating health and so not worth my sacrifice. And despite that my fixed components were stopped. May be I became faster because of the pressure though I was not directly shouted at most times while every other peers were.

Dislikes

Their firing need not be as easy as their hiring especially during the covid times. They hire people as consultant so job security is nil. Their offer documents are least employee friendly. Their work model puts them in a position where they have no trust in anybody that they are constantly micromanaging people. This feels very unprofessional. They have a small room which brings people close but wouldn't it be stressful if from morning to evening they are shouting at one person or the other while the rest are working as well as listening to all the shortcomings of their peers? Forget work-life balance, the management believes working beyond work hours is only sincereity and making you overwork everytime. Workers are always under pressure and other coworkers especially trainees are simply asked to work all 7 days. They always blame it on our own effort sheet but can one's health understand it everytime? Their policies and HR are all not employee friendly at all. HR needs to be employee friendly. They can avoid calling when there are no emergencies. Also they need to stand by their employees when the work hours get too long and buy more time instead trying to alternate between too many tasks is wrong. They need to care for their employees so that the employees can care for them. Without notice they are stopping people from work and are pretending resignation and most leave silently fearing adverse consequences. This is not a legal way of doing things. If they want to go to the next level, they must understand and acknowledge and implement employee rights. Not a good place for mothers.
