No proper project planning. Management always have “everything should be closed the next day” mindset. There is no proper roles and responsibility set for any team.

You get to learn a lot here. People are very helpful & keep others motivated. Management also very supportive.

Dislikes

WFH is getting on the nerves. No specific work hours makes it very difficult to balance b/w work & personal life. Work pressure is not distributed well among all the employees.

Good teammates. Excellent futuristic work. High on innovation. Friendly work environment.

Being a start-up in a highly competitive marketplace, custom media/ software projects were often under-quoted and won, which in turn resulted in a lot of back pressure on the working teams, and led to lower profits than what ideally should have been.
