Not a better place to work, company politics is really very bad, demoralise to employees and junior staff. Not a place to grow because seniors don't allow to their subordinates to get engaged into any development activity, not provide any opportunity to grow

You'll not get chance to implement what you might have learned in your past companies. Customer first is not in part of their strategy. Promoters are not entrepreneurs but intrapreneurs

Manufacturing equipments are down for 15 days of month. President of business takes interviews even for class 4.

Company having limited resources for implementing minor things , which can effectively Change performance graph... The department's are not cooperating each other on various activities ,. I.e lake of team work on department wise....... Production is most important on timely for any organisation but production on over burden for machine 24×7 with no perfect ratio of feed and rpm..

It depends which department you join. Some HODs are very supportive like Finance, Sales, Purchase whereas other are just find reason to blame.

There are lots of opportunities to learn & grow , but one must be self motivated. Subsidized food. Quality Manager is very supportive .

High Politics at Top management level Top Management Changes very frequently which create turbulences Pay scale is low & increment is not based on skills but as per your relations with top Management. No value of Commitment , Owner rarely visit company .
