I like my colleagues as all of them are smart minded personality. Because of big name of firm in industry everyone enter the trap.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The office politics is at extreme level. If you are not a yes man but a gentle personality then the chartereds will make your life hell. They didn't even care about the self respect of anyone.I think for such firms ICAI should issue a seperate detailed guidelines on how to behave with your subordinates. Don't dare to join as an Article assistant.
