For freshers(0)year exp its a good company for VAPT or Soc analyst if u don't care about salary just wanted to know about Industry knowledge and tools.

...mpany must pay for this but they don't pay.If u break bond 2lacks + 15% taxes. Salary less than standard market (197800 CTC). Other companies gives 2.4 to 3 lacks for freshers for VAPT. Only alternative Saturday off. Sunday toh off hota h hai. Management is noot too good 2.5/5. U get only 1200 travel allowance while going to client location. After 1 year salary hike is not good. 60 days notice period. During probation period u will get only 2500 rs for 4 months after that u will get 12500 rs per month rest 4000 tax pf insurance etc.

The company gives great opportunity platform to work on variety of projects. Company support for learning and developing skills for cyber security. The team mates are supportive

Flexi work option is not available. Additional employee benefits are less

Friendly Environment , colleagues help each other as well as management. There is no pressure in terms of work. Lot of learning opportunities .

Guidance from the management directly is the plus point of the company. I totally appreciate Mr. Vishal Shah (CEO) and Ms. Reema Jain (HR Head) for being the constant support and encouragement for my journey as a HR professional as well as individual.

Nothing to dislike, R&R should be more frequent like every quarter.

Management is very polite and kind in communication.

Dislikes

Leave policies are not for employees benefit. No flexibility in working. HR keeps changing leave policies every now and then. No enough leaves, they just give 1 leave every month. No 5 days and hybrid working plus no work from home.
