...d leaving this terrible place every month. I would like to share Few points: 1. Delay in salary. You will be lucky enough if you gets your salary on 20th. 2. Forget leaves, no paid leaves 3. 12 to 14 working hours are normal 4. No pf ESI health insurance to not even blue collar staff. 5. You will be die but not get conveyance reimbursement (your own money which you spent for company works) 6. Huge salary deductions if any wrong decision loss company. Some time 50k 7. Owner is a dictator. Frequently change policy and decisions. 8. Abusive language uses by owner against employees. 9. Despite it's 6 days working company but still owner will not leave you on Sundays also. 10. Company owner is a typical lala, he involves in each and every petty things. Even Sweeper of this company Directly report to him only. No chain of command because he doesn't trust anyone. 11. My Advice to stay away from Takshaka.

when I have joined the Company, company was facing issues in proper accounting , banking, funding, collection was in bad condition. So I had resolved the issue then management were not so serious and I have left the company considering no growth in carrier.

Dislikes

the atmosphere and attitude of management about employees. Regular delay in salary payments and sitting late.

Worked on luxury projects and learned a lot about designs and client needs. The challenging deadlines pushed me to improve, but the collaborative environment and quality-focused approach made it a rewarding role.

Working at Takshaka was an enriching experience. AP sir's mentorship helped me refine my AutoCAD skills and understand the intricacies of shop drawing and quality control. The exposure to high-end furniture production was invaluable. While the workload could be intense, the learning opportunities and the supportive team made it worthwhile.

Dislikes

Deadlines can be tight, leading to occasional high-pressure situations.
