Specifically for Takraf India Pune. Offers less salary and appraisals compared to other MNCs. Should build up and improve on corporate culture and do look after betterment of employees otherwise overall good company. If offered good salary hikes as per Educational Qualification to fresh employees then productivity could go beyond expectations. Also should conduct Training and Field visits for the employees. Company does not provide hybrid working for all employees.

Poor career growth, No work life balance for contract staffs. Work life balance for contract staff to be regularised. Apart from salary no other beneifts.

No work life balance. No salary hike. No peace They will not make your role as permanent. Only temporary till you die. No medical insurance for family. Too much partiality. Join this company if you or your spouse want to commit suicide. Or divorce will happen for sure
