Should build up and improve on corporate culture and do look after betterment of employees otherwise overall good company. If offered good salary hikes as per Educational Qualification to fresh employees then productivity could go beyond expectations. Also should conduct Training and Field visits for the employees. Company does not provide hybrid working for all employees.

Poor career growth, No work life balance for contract staffs. Work life balance for contract staff to be regularised. Apart from salary no other beneifts.

Highly poisonous staff, unprofessional, not so qualified to the role, worst and unethical top team, all are working just for salary sake and to blame others....nobody is bothered about company's future.
