The most important things as per me working at any organization is the culture and the people you are working with. Takeoff is a place where both the work culture and the people are absolutely fantastic. I really like working in such a healthy and collaborative environment.

Dislikes

Being a fast growing company there are always challenges, so one of the things that I feel can be improved is how do we get good people in the organization who have similar vision. The process for hiring people in my opinion needs to be a little more mature.

The industry and the problem that Takeoff is trying to solve is very exciting and challenging at the same time. e-Grocery industry is heavily used by consumers and thus its constantly evolving which enforces behind the scene solution partners to act even faster. And this is where Takeoff's solution is making difference.

Nothing as of now! Will have to move to new place as the count is increasing :D (But a good problem to have)

Great culture with high growth opportinities. Seniors are very good and supporting. Benefits such as unlimited sick leave and fitness reimbursements are plus point.

I love working with the team and the problem/mission that we are solving for. The team is very transparent and complementing each of other solve for the mission that the team has signed up for. The engineers are very collaborative and posses a learning mindset
