No respect of contractual employees.They hire people by showing higher CTC but don't provide variable part and increment. No job security and toxic environment who work under Aarti khattar. She gets increment by laying off employees year on year basis. She treats employees just like labours and no one on takeda utters a single word against her because she is EA to GM. Employees also file complaint against her but no resolution and they have been continuously doing the same.
