...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The Company is a Construction and Engineering Company owned by Takasago Thermal Engineering Co., in Japan, over 90 years. Having good reputation in Singapore, Malaysia, China etc., Started its operation in India by 2012. Mine core area is to control of invoices to client and subcontractor's payment. Added to above, i am looking after Contractual terms in projects before the sign the Contract. Promoted as Sr.Project Manager/Sr.QS within 18months. Company has good working environment and having moral ethics. Company is giving to all employees 2 times Bonus per year and having overtime facility as per Government norms. While going for outstation for the projects, employees are eligible for outstation allowance. I am very happy to work with Takasago Engineering India. I would like work the company as same as Takasago

Dislikes

For 3 reasons, I started searching jobs: (1) Annual turnover &/Profit are not meeting the expenses which company gives enormousness Perks to Japanese staffs. (2) Japan Head Quarters decided to shutdown the company through slowdown the sales activity and minimize the staffs , because of above(1) reason. (3) Japan Head Quarters started their activity(Buying Shares and Taking Projects in the name of iCLEAN) with iCLEAN (Ahmadabad) and Concentrating in ICLEAN, keeping the huge profit in mind as a Professional Engineering Company.
