Likes

I like the people working there but only some of them it’s like a family. Some chefs are really nice and encourage you for doing better. Also pretty clean in some departments.

Dislikes

Work culture is really bad and there’s no team work. Some chefs don’t even know about food and stuff I don’t know how they are chefs. Especially in butchery department there’s a chef called khadak singh he’s the worst, will curse you for no reason about your mom and sister and will demotivate you a lot. Doesn’t matter how much you work he will give you shit for no reason and if you think i am lying you can ask Hygiene department. Everyone smokes there a lot, eats a lot of chewing tobacco even in the department. The chicken they use smells like shit I don’t know how nobody notices it. They wash it with chlorine and use it with is really harmful even the fishes are washed with chlorine when they start smelling. Overall experience was so bad will never work with them. Also gonna watch out when i book my flights gonna ask if they provide food there.

Work life balance. No stress of manpower, 9-10 hrs of working hrs. Good food. secure job.

For a career age 45+ is good to work with this company. Only future with aviation. U can't be accepted elsewhere. It is totally different industry

In engineering dept Good Team work. Respectively behavior and open to learn facility .also good for new joiners. very proud to be a part of this Tata's company. Respect

I was suffering Manpower shortage otherwise all management not to close from workers. Example - in my dept there was only one engg and helper there was challange to handle all area and multitasking situation. Because it's aviation catering industry so they need to look into that.

Formality fixed menu, no change in food quality, helping in deliveries without being rewarded,making arrangements for events without getting appropriated or reward doing extra work beyond stewards work ethics, HONO app attendance issue n lot more
