The work culture is unlike most domestically managed companies and is quite employee oriented. Policies like flexible timings and early logouts are rather revolutionary as per industry standards.

Dislikes

In many aspects it is still a pyramid and stuff takes too long to reach the top and be addressed on time. The company should adapt to the changing times in terms of its product offerings. Politics exist moderately as in any organisation and bearable. MD, Chairman is very talented in my opinion and possesses in depth knowledge of the industry.

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
