Once you enter their premises and sign into the logbook, only your boss will tell you when to leave. Which totally depends on their mood haha. Had to travel an hour to get to the property, 12 hours of work on an average and an hour back to my home. Barely got any time to do basic activities like sleeping/talking to family. The off days felt like the second coming of Jesus Christ every single time.

In Taj MG road the staff is very friendly they work as a team and the Taj is also take care of his employee's that's why Taj MG road bangluru is different from other's

I started my career with Taj I completed my training and I got job Last year at the lock down time most of the other company employee are lost there job didn't get salary but our Taj company employees are didn't lost job and got the salary every month

Well I work in the kitchen dept and to be honest its an overall package, the work culture is great, working hours are considerate and the overall team is helpful, you will get to learn a lot.

The only the to complain would be the work life balance but still comparing it to other properties its the best.

Toxic work culture. They are just ruined the TATA name l, micro managments,less salary,more working hours,even if u have take ur PL or Off u have to buttering ur manager for it, HR is useless after lot of complain they did not take any action against the manager even for harresment also.
